It’s not just a building; it’s a people-powered, mixed use neighbourhood hub with shared spaces for everyone – co-working spaces to nurture new local businesses, shared conference centre, café and childcare. It’s carefully scaled to respect and enliven its neighbourhood and make the most of spectacular views to the river and the city.
